The room was dusty.. the bathroom was not mopped it was dirty. The tub was peeling up. The housekeepers did not change the sheets daily. Very lazy housekeeping. The mattress was old and springs were felt making sleep uncomfortable.

Room was clean; furnishings were in good, clean condition. The window screen was flapping in the breeze, but we called facilities and they came very quickly and fixed the screen. Staff seemed genuinely interested in fixing it to our satisfaction.

it was just ok. Not special in anyway. Not what I expected. Staff were pleasant enough but there were no amenities that made me feel I was valued. Bad coffee in the room, not well decorated, cheap toiletries . Everything felt very budget.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Chase Center & restaurants. It was modern and had a great view from the room. We didnt have the chance to check out the restaurants for breakfast/dinner or the 24 hour gym. The staff we encountered were nice and helpful.

I like to stay here because it's so clean. It's near to my workplace. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Very respectful staff. Well mannered employees. I definitely recommend this to my coworkers and family and friends.

The property and room were clean, you needed a room key to access the lobby and the elevator, so it felt very secure. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Theres a cafe in the lobby so easy access to coffee (although its expensive). Its a small hotel, which made the experience feel a bit more personal. Great if youre travelling on a budget.
